(CelebrityAccess) Danny Wimmer Presents has announced it is offering a replacement for the shuttered Carolina Rebellion festival in North Carolina with the launch of the Epicenter Festival, to take place at the new Rockingham Festival Grounds May 10-12. The festival grounds in Rockingham are still being completed, and the lineup is expected to be announced Dec. 10.  “We are very proud of what Carolina Rebellion represented, so we understand that our decision to replace it was confusing to people,” Wimmer said in a statement.
